Final sale

Our bags are custom-made. Bag sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. We do not accept ordinary returns or offer change-of-mind refunds, except for eligible cancellations below or where required by law.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not shipped. Email info@mahjny.com with your order number. The request must be received within that window and before shipment. Eligible cancellations, including preorders, receive a full refund to the original payment method. If payment has not been captured, the payment authorization will be canceled instead.

Problems with your order

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, or your order does not arrive, email info@mahjny.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. This final-sale policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Preorders and shipping delays

Preorder items are not currently in stock. The product page will state their estimated timing before you order. If we cannot ship by the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a full, prompt refund. We will cancel and refund when required by law if the required consent is not obtained or the order cannot be fulfilled. These rights also apply after the ordinary 24-hour cancellation window.
